The deal started out good, but I would never buy a vehicle at Douglas again. They don't want to keep their word and then avoid you when you try and hold them to what they've agreed to. Very untrustworthy with incompetent service department.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. The bad experience has inconvenienced me, my wife and my mother in law. I called with a concern and the owner blew me off and only cared to hear himself talk.

This was my second purchase from this dealer. The prices are great on their minivans and they are still willing to deal. It's worth the drive. All the staff are very nice and willing to do what they can to make your purchase smoothly. Went to this dealership after talking to a salesman. I had the truck picked out and trade-in offer also financing setup. I went there and they changed their offers. I would never go back or recommend them at all. If you do, go there knowing they will tell you a different story once there and not stand behind their offers and prices,
